There will always be disagreements and controversy in the Church world. The disappointing part of it for me is that Christians have so much time on their hands that instead of reaching our community for Christ we want to jump on the latest controversy bandwagon. We feel that it is our “Christian responsibility” to weigh in on every issue that comes our way, even issues that don’t concern us. My exhortation to the Body Of Christ is: Get a life. A meaningful life. A life that is so hidden in God and so focused on reaching our world that we don’t have time to concern ourselves with what everyone else is doing.
Creflo Dollar asked HIS SUPPORTERS to help him purchase an incredibly expensive plane. Did you catch that? He was asking HIS SUPPORTERS. If you are not one of “his supporters”, he wasn’t asking you, so take a chill pill and butt out of this. The truth is that I don’t care if Creflo buys the plane or not. If people want to help him buy it, they will, and he will. If people don’t want to help him buy it, they won’t, and he won’t. And the rest of us don’t have to be involved one way or the other.
Again…my exhortation to the Church world: Get a life.
